From the organic vegetables and fruits grown by Miquel from Hortus Domi, including tomatoes, beetroot, and green beans, to the figs of Son Mut Nou in the Marina de Llucmajor, and the cheeses from the artisanal dairy Son Jover, our menu reflects the diversity and richness of the region. We also showcase the finest Mallorcan red prawns, freshly caught by Vaquero Crespi, and the exceptional bluefin tuna from Bluefin Baleares.
