FERA opened its doors seven years ago, nestled in the heart of Mallorca, within a historic palace located on Calle de la Concepción, just moments from the iconic Paseo del Borne and Calle Unión. Over the years, we have curated a Mediterranean-inspired culinary journey, drawing on international influences and the profound knowledge of our Austrian chef, Simon Petutschnig, whose global experiences bring a fresh yet deeply respectful approach to Mallorcan cuisine.
Today, we have evolved beyond a simple Mediterranean concept, delving deep into the soul of the island to offer an immersive journey through its coasts, interiors, and mountains. Our culinary philosophy is inextricably linked to the Mallorcan terroir, showcasing its rich culinary heritage through an unwavering commitment to the natural and agricultural environment.
Our menu celebrates the island’s peasant origins and culinary traditions, working tirelessly with local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen to source the finest seasonal produce. This commitment is further enriched by our own production of olive oil, wine, and honey from the Son Naava estate in Porreres.
