MIGUEL NAVARRO VISITS US IN FERA
We are delighted to have Chef Miguel Navarro join hands with Chef Simon Petutschnig for a special 4 Hands dinner event on Friday September the 4th. His culinary reputation precedes itself, having started his career at the age of 16 in his family restaurant on the Canary Island of La Gomera. He went on to study hospitality in Tenerife and in 2000 had his first internship at the at the Martín Berasategui Restaurant *** in the Basque Country. In 2005 he joined the Ritz-Carlton Abama Hotel which achieved its first Michelin star for their restaurant.
He then worked in various Michelin Star restaurants in Europe including
Celler de Can Roca*** in Girona and Aqua Restaurant in Germany.
Since 2017 he has been executive chef at the Es Fum* Restaurant located in the St Regis Hotel Mardeval in Mallorca.
