At the Son Naava estate we grow our own vegetables, fruits and herbs, which we later use in Fera’s gastronomic offering.
Depending on the season, we have crops native to Mallorca, such as aubergines, citrus fruits, beans, tomatoes and sweet potatoes.
Our crops are based on an agricultural system that integrates ecological practices: we use compost and natural preparations, we respect the cycles of the moon and we promote biodiversity, creating a sustainable balance between soil, plants and animals.
