Juan Amador often described as ‘one of the world’s best chefs’ and ‘one of the few chefs
to be awarded 3 michelin stars in quick succession’ comes to fera on the 26th july, 2020.
Juan graces fera for a 4 hands, 3 stars, 2 chefs event and will join Simon in creating a
delectable, gastronomic menu to delight the senses.

The two chefs have spent the last week exchanging ideas, methods and creative dishes,
and will continue this collaboration 4 times a year. It’s a dream come true for Simon, who
has admired juan and his incredible culinary perfection for a long time.
Juan says, he has watched simon for a while and applauds the way he combines
craftmanship and creativity in a very special way.
Juan’s spanish heritage is evident in his flavours and the skill with which he creates and
combines it all is now legendary.
