At Son Naava, in the heart of Mallorca between windmills and vineyards, much of the produce used in FERA’s cuisine is cultivated. Our estate is dedicated to responsible environmental practices, adhering strictly to biodynamic principles.
Our extra virgin olive oil, produced exclusively from 100% Arbequina olives grown on the estate, is central to our gastronomic offering. The olive oil, certified by Demeter as biodynamic, is a testament to our sustainability practices. This venture began as a collaboration between the Levy family and Chef Simon, who, after planting 500 olive trees, expanded the grove by 2500 trees in partnership with agronomist Carlos Feliu of Can Feliu in Porreres. Together, we live by the motto: “return more to the soil than we take from it.”
