CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Fera.

To proceed with your reservation, once the desired date has been selected, it is essential to make a pre-payment of €50 per guest.

The paid amount will be deducted from the final bill of your lunch or dinner the day you visit the Restaurant.

In the case of cancellation, we will refund the paid amount provided you notify us 24 hours before your reservation.

Cancellation charges and deposits have become necessary as we limit the number of tables that are available for our diners and we need to ensure that we manage our daily occurring waiting lists of guests wanting to book a table.
