MIGUEL NAVARRO NOS VISITA EN FERA<\/h3>\n

Estamos encantados de que el chef Miguel Navarro se una a las manos del chef Simon Petutschnig para una cena especial a 4 manos el viernes 4 de septiembre. Su fama culinaria le precede, habiendo iniciado su carrera a los 16 a\u00f1os en el restaurante familiar de la isla canaria de La Gomera. Continu\u00f3 sus estudios de hosteler\u00eda en Tenerife y en 2000 realiz\u00f3 sus primeras pr\u00e1cticas en el Restaurante Mart\u00edn Berasategui *** en el Pa\u00eds Vasco. En 2005 se incorpor\u00f3 al Hotel Ritz-Carlton Abama que logr\u00f3 su primera estrella Michelin para su restaurante.
\nLuego trabaj\u00f3 en varios restaurantes con estrellas Michelin en Europa, incluyendo
\nCeller de Can Roca *** en Girona y Restaurante Aqua en Alemania.
\nDesde 2017 es chef ejecutivo del Restaurante Es Fum * ubicado en el Hotel St Regis Mardeval de Mallorca.
